I started at the gym February 2017 doing three classes a week. This soon increased to five and two others as a guest. Members of the gym are a great bunch with plenty to talk about.There are a variety of ages both in members and the staff. All in all spirit health club is what it says “ healthy in body and healthy in mind “ gives you something to look forward too when you wake up.

The Health Club at the Holiday Inn has been my 2nd home for several years. I love coming and using the gym and chatting to the friendly staff there who are all so welcoming. The Fitsense rewards have been a great addition recently where we can all go and have a coffee together after our work-out in the hotel lounge bar. This has been perfect for my mental health. Would definitely recommend!

No, the leisure facilities are focused on fitness and wellness, featuring a gym, fitness studio and indoor swimming pool, alongside a steam room and sauna for post-workout relaxation
