Spirit Health Club Eastleigh

If you’re looking for a health club with a personal touch that will allow you to find your true spirit, then you’ve come to the right place. Here at Spirit Health Club Eastleigh we pride ourselves on offering a friendly, welcoming club. Our fitness team provide one-to-one guidance to help you achieve your goals. From dietary advice to boost your energy and inner health, to personal exercise plans to help you look and feel your best, we’re ready to make sure you get even more out of life.

Our facilities include a fully equipped gym, exercise studio offering a wide range of classes, 15m swimming pool, whirlpool spa, steam room and saunas.

Club membership provides access to all of our facilities, to allow you to do as much or as little as you wish, whatever your level of fitness and our extensive classes timetable offers something for everyone, whether you’re a regular exerciser or a complete beginner. Come along and enjoy classes such as Studio Cycling, Aqua Aerobics, HIIT, Circuits, Pump, Salsa Aerobics and Legs, Bums & Tums. Yoga, Dynamic Yoga and Pilates classes are also available to members for a small fee of £3.00 per class.

The relaxed club atmosphere provides the ideal environment for everyone to improve their well being at their own pace and fitness level, whether that’s working out in the gym, de-stressing with a few lengths of the pool, relaxing in the steam room, unwinding in the sauna or enjoying the massaging jets of the whirlpool spa.

All of our membership options provide usage of all club facilities, the price paid reflects the times of day you wish to use the club rather than which specific facilities you wish to use. Our full-time single membership is just £55 per month and we offer a wide range of other options including Daytime, Joint & Family categories. Further discounts are available on our Prepaid Annual Membership options.

Our opening hours are:

Monday to Friday – 6.30am – 10pm (final entry 8.30pm)

Saturday & Sunday – 7am – 8pm (final entry 7pm)

Whilst booking is not essential we encourage all members to use our online booking app, Fitsense, available to download from your app store. This allows members to view in real time how busy the club is throughout the day. Club members can book as many sessions are they wish throughout the day and are welcome to book up to 7 days in advance.

All of our classes are suitable for new people to participate regardless of experience or level of fitness, so please don’t think you need to be a regular exerciser to join in (see timetable here). Our experienced instructors will welcome you to the class and provide options to allow everyone to challenge themselves whilst working at a level which complements their current level of fitness.

Classes marked with * have a small charge of £3 for members (payable on the day prior to the session). Non members are welcome to book a class for just £8 per class. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

Core Conditioning

A 30 minute workout to tone the abs and back & improve core stability.

Aqua Fit & Aqua Aerobics

A cardio, conditioning & toning workout in the pool using both ‘noodles’ & the water as resistance.

Aqua Fit Circuits

Join us for a pool based circuits class working from station to station to challenge different areas of the body. With fun team games to finish each session.

“HIIT” Workout

A 30 minute, instructor led High Intensity Interval Class. All over body exercises with short periods of rest to burn calories & boost your fitness.

Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT)

A toning & light cardio class focusing on firming up the legs, bum & tummy areas.

Pilates*

Concentrating on core stability, balance and alignment, Pilates not only improves posture, strength and flexibility, but also provides relaxation.

Pump

Created for fat burning & all over lean muscle toning. Pump is a resistance based class focusing on repetition & tempo of exercises using adjustable weighted bars & hand weights. *Induction prior to attending class recommended.

Salsa (Zumbastyle) Aerobics

A combination of dance & aerobic routines to shake those hips “latino” style and get into shape. If you tried Zumba then Salsa aerobics is for you.

Spin Tone Core (STC)

A 40 minute class split in 3 distinct sections, 10mins of Spin (cycling), 10 mins of body strength & toning exercises & 10 mins of core/trunk training. Providing a challenging cardio, toning and conditioning workout suitable for all levels of fitness

Spirit Strength

A 45 minute full body workout developing overall body strength and athleticism. Drawing inspiration from sports conditioning and performance training, Spirit Strength combines slow and heavy weighted exercises with faster/powerful functional movements to develop athletic strength, increase muscle tone and make you fitter and stronger for everyday life.

Studio Cycling (Spin)

Using our studio cycling bikes join us for a fantastic cardio workout with great soundtracks (please bring a hand towel & water bottle with you)

Yoga*

A relaxation class, improving flexibility, suppleness, balance and strength. Providing a natural calming for the body and de-stressing from everyday challenges.

Dynamic Yoga*

Focuses on connecting the breath to the movement, moving fluidly from one pose to the next, with emphasis on movement flows such as The Sun Salutation and Warrior series. This class will leave you feeling energised and connected to your body and your breath.

20/20

A high energy workout combining 2 sets of 20 minutes (10 minutes of challenging cardio work on the studio cycling bikes followed by 10 minutes of body conditioning exercises). With great music and disco lighting creating a real energising atmosphere to help you work that little bit harder.

This is one of our most frequent comments from new club members. Our friendly team of instructors will welcome you into the club and tour you around the club answering any questions you may have. As an integral part of your membership we’d be delighted to have a chat with you to answer any health, fitness or gym related questions and provide you with a gym induction to ensure you get the most from your visits. A bespoke exercise programme is also included in all our membership packages whether for the gym or the pool, simply book at reception when you come in. Our support is ongoing so if you need any further help or guidance we’re always here to support you.
