Keeping fit is great for your physical and mental wellbeing, and our Spirit Health Club with a gym has everything you need to stay on top form! 

Hotel and spa guests can enjoy complimentary access to gym facilities, with memberships also available to those living locally.

We have a range of affordable membership options, without any joining fees! Contact our team to find out more.

We offer a range of  different membership options, which include: 

Peak – Full use of our leisure facilities during all opening times. 

Off-Peak – Use of our leisure facilities between 9am to 5pm weekdays, and all day over the weekend opening times. 

Corporate – Call us to find out if you are eligible for a corporate discount. 

Student – We won’t tie you into a contract – we can guarantee you rates on a month-to-month basis. Our rates will allow you access to our leisure facilities during all opening times. 

 

We offer a full consultation with a qualified gym instructor to all of our members. 

From this, we can create a tailor-made programme for you to follow in the gym. We will also take you through your programme step by step and review your progress every 6 weeks.

FAQs

Our gym and swimming pool are open to both club members and hotel guests and are free to use. Changing rooms are available to everyone. Our other facilities, including beauty treatments, will remain closed for now. To see our membership price list or to join Spirit Health Club Leeds, please leave us an enquiry. Hotel guests will need to book a slot to use our gym and swimming pool in advance. 

If you’re still on a membership freeze and would like to unfreeze your membership, contact our club on0113 2616 826 and we’ll do the rest. 

In order to monitor our capacity, hotel guests will be required to book a time slot using our app to use the gym or pool. Club members will not be required to book the gym or pool. 

If you’re a club member, you can download the app from the URL code sent out on the ‘Welcome Email’ to you when you joined our club. 

You can book your slot online by logging in to your dedicated member areaor by downloading our app. 

If you’re booking online, you’ll need to activate your account – simply select ‘Activate my Account’. You’ll then need to enter your details, and once this is done you’ll be sent your password via email. 

For hotel guests, you can book a 45 minute slot on the day of arrival. 

Yes! You can book a gym session and the next available pool session after your gym session. However, please note that you will not be allowed access to the changing rooms when you arrive for your gym session, therefore we advise you to leave your swimming belongings in your car or hotel room. 

After your gym session, you may leave the club to collect your swimming gear. If there is a time difference before the start of your swim session, please do not wait by the entrance or inside the club. 

Members can utilise two sessions per day to multiple areas (one in the gym and one in the pool). 

If you need to change your slot, simply cancel on the app or call us up to two hours prior to your booked slot to amend it. 

You also have the option of being added to our club’s waitlist, so if someone cancels their booking we can make their slot available to you.

Using the gym and swimming pool: if you’d like to use both our facilities, please book an individual slot for the gym and another for the pool later – once your gym session is over you can exit the club and return for your swim later on 

Please note that all club users will be required to wear a face covering when entering the club, at reception and around club public areas. 

Face coverings are not required whilst you’re in the gym working out or when you’re using the wet facilities/poolside and shower. 

Yes – you will be required to book a time slot for both yourself and your child to be able to enter the poolside area. 

Only the poolside shower will be available for members to use at this time. Showers within the changing rooms will not be available temporarily. Soap has been provided at the poolside showers for you to use. 

Our beauty facilities will remain closed for now. We’ll let you know as soon as we start offering these services again.
