Hotel guests can use our gym and other Spirit Health Club facilities for free, and if you’re interested in joining our Spirit family we have a range of affordable gym membership options with no joining fees.

By joining the Spirit Health Club family at Holiday Inn Gloucester-Cheltenham, you will have unlimited access within the opening hours, to the gym, classes, Personal Training and much more.
We are open Monday – Friday 06:30am – 9pm (Last entry will be 30 minutes before closing )
Saturday and Sunday 07:00am-7pm
*Please vacate the gym and pool facility 15 minutes before closing, into our changing area, to allow our staff to carry out our closing checks and cleaning procedures
We encourage you to show off our facilities and are delighted to open the club up to guests. This is one of our most frequent comments from new club members. Our friendly team of instructors will welcome you into the club and tour you around the club answering any questions you may have. As an integral part of your membership, we’d be delighted to have a chat with you to answer any health, fitness or gym-related questions and provide you with a gym induction to ensure you get the most from your visits. A bespoke exercise program is also included in all our membership packages whether for the gym or the pool, simply book at reception when you come in. Our support is ongoing so if you need any further help or guidance we’re always here to support you.
All of our classes are suitable for new people to participate regard-less of experience or level of fitness, so please don’t think you need to be a regular exerciser to join in. Our experienced instructors will welcome you to the class and provide options to allow everyone to challenge themselves whilst working at a level that complements their current level of fitness.
We offer classes for all abilities, including Aqua Aerobics, Circuits , Spin and Yoga.
